Is Casetify really listening to their customers?      The brand I chose for this blog post is Casetify. They are a Hong Kong tech accessory company that was founded on October 1, 2011. They plan to branch to the United States in 2025, especially since people love their phone cases and tech accessories. They’re primarily known for their customizable cases that are made out of organic and recycled materials.  I was introduced to this brand through a youtuber I watched (Bailey Sarian), who adored these phone cases. I’ve previously looked through their website and loved how easy it was to find information about a specific product. The most unique thing about this company is that they’re products are sustainably resourced. Casetify offers "10-day No Questions Asked Return or Exchange" and "6-month Product Warranty" on all of their products. You can customize your phone case to be personal and perfect for you. These attributes have given Casetify a competitive advantage

I was born and raised in Austin, Texas and moved to Corvallis two years ago to live with my childhood best friend while she attends Oregon State University. I needed more mountains in my life, and moving to Corvallis definitely gave me the experience I was looking for. The past two years I've been working full-time at a variety of different jobs, my favorite being internet sales at the car dealership Power Buick GMC. This job stood out to me because it made me realize that marketing is extremely fascinating; I didn’t enjoy the dishonesty of the automotive industry but I enjoyed selling high end products to interesting people in the community. That job definitely aided in me registering for marketing classes in my first term attending Linn-Benton Community College. I am majoring in marketing and minoring in finance with the hopes of learning the psychology behind various marketing techniques. Outside of co
